Reconstrução perineal com retalho fasciocutâneo de coxa e glúteo pós-ressecção de câncer vulvar

Abstract

Vulvar cancer is an unusual disorder that reaches up to 4% of all female genital malignancies, and squamous cell carcinoma represents 95% of the cases. Therapeutic approach involves extensive resections followed by reconstruction for functional and aesthetic rescue of the perineal structures. We report a case of a 57-year-old patient with invasive squamous cell vulvar carcinoma, located at left outer vulvar lip, spreading to perineum. Treatment was performed with vulvectomia and immediate perineal reconstruction following oncologic resection, using right gluteal and left thigh fasciocutaneous flaps for v-y advancement flap technique. Patient evolved with few complaints in postoperative care, with functional and aesthetic recover of female genital structures.
