UPAYA PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PENGGUNAAN WHATSAPP SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH MELALUI IN HOUSE TRAINING

 

Abstract


Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kompetensi Penggunaan Whatshapp Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh melalui In House Training . Penelitian berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu di SD Negeri 7\xa0 Baturetno dengan subjek penelitian semua guru SD Negeri 7\xa0 Baturetno Tahun Pelajaran 2020 /2021 yang berjumlah 8 orang. Validasi data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sedangkan, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptip komparatif. Pada kondisi awal penelitian hanya terdapat 2 orang guru (25,0%) yang masuk predikat Baik dengan nilai rata-rata kompetensi guru hanya 60,0. Kemudian, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi, 3 orang guru (37,5%) yang masuk predikat Baik dengan nilai rata-rata 75,0. Selanjutnya, pada siklus II meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 3 orang guru (37,5%) yang masuk predikat Amat Baik serta 5 orang guru (62,5%) yang masuk predikat Baik dengan nilai rata-rata 87,5. Mengacu pada hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa In House Training dapat meningkatkan Kompetensi Pemanfaatan Whatshapp Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Tahun Pelajaran 2020 /2021. Kata kunci: Whatshapp , Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, In House Training Abstract This study aims to improve the Competence of Using Whatshapp as a Distance Learning Media through In House Training. This research was in the form of School Action Research (PTS) which was carried out in 2 (two) cycles. The location of this research is SD Negeri 7 Baturetno with the research subjects of all SD Negeri 7 Baturetno teachers in the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 8 people. The data validation was done by using triangulation technique, while the data was collected through observation. Data analysis was performed using comparative descriptive analysis techniques. In the initial conditions of the study, there were only 2 teachers (25.0%) who entered the predicate Good with an average teacher competency score of only 60.0. Then, in the first cycle it increased to 3 teachers (37.5%) who entered the Good predicate with an average score of 75.0. Furthermore, in the second cycle it increased again in the second cycle to 3 teachers (37.5%) who were in the Very Good predicate and 5 teachers (62.5%) who were in the Good predicate with an average score of 87.5. Referring to the results of this study, it can be concluded that In House Training can improve the Competence of Using Whatshapp as a Distance Learning Media for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.
