Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Filpped Learning SMA Nurul Yaqin

 
 

Abstract


This research is a form of effort to improve student learning outcomes in SMA. Nurul Yaqin through learning strategies using the Filpped Learning Model. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) and the research subjects are students and teachers of class XI in SMA. Nurul Yaqin. The recipient subjects were students of class XI SMA Nurul Yaqin with a total of 30 students consisting of 12 male students and 18 female students. The subject of the action was a class XI Economics teacher, Ms. Rizki Amelia, S.H. Data collection methods used include observation, field notes, interviews, documentation and tests. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of research that has been carried out from the indicators of learning methods with filpped learning and economic learning outcomes, there is an increase based on the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 2.66, it is found that: (1) students enthusiastically refute and agree to questions increasing from cycle I to cycle II, namely by 55.56% to 76.77%, (2) students enthusiastically working on questions increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely by 58.59% to 88.89%, (3) students enthusiastically answered and asked questions increased from cycle I to the second cycle, namely 70.71% to 91.92% and (4) Completed KKM increased from cycle I to cycle II, which was 58.59% to100%. Keywords: learning motivation, flipped classrom, learning outcomes ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah bentuk dari upaya untuk meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMA. Nurul Yaqin melalui strategi pembelajaran Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Filpped Learning. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) dan Subyek penelitian adalah siswa dan guru kelas XI di SMA. Nurul Yaqin. Subyek penerima yaitu siswa kelas XI SMA Nurul Yaqin dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 orang terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Subyek pelaku tindakan yaitu guru matapelajaran Ekonomi kelas XII bu Rizki Amelia,S.H. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dari indikator metode belajar dengan filpped learning dan hasil belajar ekonomi terjadi peningkatan berdasarkan kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) sebesar 2,66 diperoleh bahwa : (1) siswa antusias menyanggah dan menyetujui pertanyaan meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu sebesar 55,56% ke 76,77%, (2) siswa antusias mengerjakan soal meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu sebesar 58,59% ke 88,89%, (3) siswa antusias menjawab dan mengajukan pertanyaan meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu sebesar 70,71% ke 91,92% dan (4) Tuntas KKM meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu sebesar 58,59% ke 100%.
