THERAPY OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN PATIENTS WITH NONSPECIFIC INTERSTITIAL PNEUMONIA

АННОТАЦИЯ У больных неспецифической интерстициальной пневмонией, сочетанных с артериальной гипертензией интенсивность респираторных симптомов выше, вентиляционные нарушения, дилатация полостей сердца более значимые, чем у больных НсИП без этого сочетания. Под влиянием трехмесячной терапии амлодипином достигнуто снижение цифр среднесуточного систолического, диастолического артериального давления и уменьшение степени легочной гипертензии; отмечена тенденция нормализации показателей правых отделов сердца, уменьшения структурных и функциональных изменений левого желудочка. ABSTRACT In patients with non-specific interstitial pneumonia, combined with arterial hypertension, the intensity of respiratory symptoms is higher, ventilation disorders, dilatation of the heart cavities are more significant than in patients with NsIP without this combination. Under the influence of three-month therapy with amlodipine, a decrease in the average daily systolic and diastolic blood pressure and a decrease in the degree of pulmonary hypertension were achieved; there was a tendency to normalize the indicators of the right heart, reduce the structural and functional changes in the left ventricle.
