PENILAIAN STATUS GIZI dan DETEKSI KETERLAMBATAN PERKEMBANGAN MURID TK Al- QUR’AN KENAGARIAN KASANG KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN, PROVINSI PADANG

 
 
 

Abstract


ABSTRAK Kekurangan gizi pada anak pra sekolah akan menimbulkan 1- 2 gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang apabila tidak diatasi secara dini dapat berlanjut hingga dewasa, sehingga tidak mampu tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Sehingga diperlukan upaya serius dan strategi perbaikan status gizi. Tujuan pengabdian masyaraka adalah upaya mengukur status gizi dan deteksi keterlambatan perkembangan pada murid TK. Metode yang dilakukan adalah merancang dan pembuatan bahan praktek pengabdian, mengukur tinggi badan, berat badan dan \xa0melakukan deteksi keterlambatan perkembangan serta melakukan penilaian status gizi murid TK. Hasil pengabdian didapatkan Sebagian besar anak TK tersebut memiliki status gizi normal. 5 orang memiliki status gizi kurus, 1 orang dengan status gizi gemuk dan 1 orang dengan status gizi sangat kurus. 2 orang anak TK mengalami gangguan dalam pemusatan perhatian saat belajar. Diperlukan koordinasi yang baik antara guru, orang tua dan tenaga kesehatan dalam pemantauan tumbuh kembang murid TK. Kata Kunci : Status Gizi, Deteksi keterlambatan perkembangan, Murid TK ABSTRACT Malnutrition in pre-school children will cause 1-2 growth and development disorders that if not addressed early can continue to adulthood, so that they are unable to grow and develop optimally. So that serious efforts are needed and strategies to improve nutritional status. The purpose of community service is to measure nutritional status and detect developmental delays in kindergarten students. The method used is to design and manufacture material for service practice, measure height, weight and detect developmental delays and evaluate the nutritional status of kindergarten students. The results of service were obtained. Most of the kindergarten children had normal nutritional status. 5 people have underweight nutritional status, 1 person with fat nutritional status and 1 person with very thin nutritional status. 2 kindergarten children experience disruption in concentration while studying. Good coordination between teachers, parents and health workers is needed in monitoring the growth and development of kindergarten students.
