Relación entre las dimensiones de transformación y explotación del conocimiento en empresas industriales ubicadas en Bucaramanga, Santander

Abstract

As the industrial sector is one of the most important for the department of Santander, a study was carried out of 45 companies belonging to the industrial sector of Bucaramaga, Santander, regarding two of the dimensions of the dynamic capacity of absorption of knowledge by implementing the method simple linear regression under the ordinary least squares statistical scheme. Considering the exploitation dimension as the dependent variable and the transformation dimension as the independent variable, there is a 95% confidence level that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables with a Beta value of 1.027 in an adjusted model capable of explaining a 51.60% the movements of the dependent variable; The cyclical characteristic of the dimensions is also exposed, which according to the theory postulates the need for the existence of the transformation dimension for the existence of the exploitation dimension.
