Autoevaluación del desempeño docente de educación física

 
 

Abstract


Educational management is one of the most essential tools within teacher evaluation, since it allows establishing the characteristics and general and basic performances that teachers must perform to develop a quality teaching-learning process. Based on this premise, the objective of this research focuses on evaluating the professional training and performance of the 50 teachers who work in District 03D01 Azogues - Biblian - Deleg de Educacion Fisica. A literature review methodology was used, with a quantitative approach using the Self-evaluation Teacher Evaluation Model determined by INEVAL and established in the area of Physical Education. The results obtained reveal that teacher performance has a rating of 63.36 / 100 which qualifies it as GOOD, which places teachers in a good performance on their part.
