PENGARUH APLIKASI KAS DAERAH ONLINE VERSI 2.0 BANK SULUTGO TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS PENGELOLAAN KAS DAERAH DI KOTA BITUNG

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi kas daerah Online Versi 2.0 Bank Sulut terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Bitung dan hambatan dari penerapan aplikasi kas daerah Online Versi 2.0 Bank Sulut terhadap pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Bitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan data sekunder, yaitu data yang sudah diolah dan diterbitkan atau digunakan oleh suatu lembaga atau instansi yang berkaitan dengan judul penulisan ini. Sumber data berasal dari Dinas/Badan, Bagian Sekretaris Daerah, Rumah Sakit Umum, Puskesmas, Kecamatan, sekolah Negeri yang ada di Kota Bitung dan Bank SulutGo. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS 14. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) aplikasi Kasda online memiliki hubungan yang linear terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah Kota Bitung. Arah koefisien regresi hubungan variabel bertanda positif. Hal ini berarti bahwa penilaian prinsip aplikasi Kasda online akan meningkatkan Efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah Kota Bitung. (2) Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah pada pada setiap Instansi Pemerintah Kota Bitung termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. (3) Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi person antara aplikasi Kasda online dan Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah menunjukan hubungan yang sedang yaitu 0,405, berdasarkan koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa pengaruh aplikasi Kasda online terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara aplikasi Kasda online terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data, namely data that has been processed and published or used by an institution or agency related to this writing title. Sources of data come from the Office / Agency, Regional Secretary Section, General Hospital, Health Center, District, State schools in the City of Bitung and SulutGo Bank. This study uses simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 14. The results of this study are (1) Kasda online application has a linear relationship to the effectiveness of financial management in the Bitung City area. The direction of the regression coefficient variable relationship is positive. This means that the principle assessment of the Kasda online application will increase the effectiveness of the financial management of the Bitung City area. (2) Effectiveness of Regional Financial Management at each Bitung City Government Agency is included in the Very Good category. (3) The results of the person correlation coefficient analysis between the application of Kasda Online and the Effectiveness of Regional Financial Management show a moderate relationship which is 0.405, based on the coefficient of determination shows that the effect of Kasda online application on the effectiveness of regional financial management shows that there is an influence between Kasda online application to Financial Management Effectiveness Area.
