Pengaruh Citra, Kualitas dan Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan Wisata Bahari Pulau Derawan

 
 

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the effect of image, quality and satisfaction on loyality and placing\xa0satisfaction as an intervening variable on the Bahari Tourism in Derawan Island by setting a\xa0sample of 80 respondents. Datza were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural\xa0Equation Model (SEM) through SmartPLS Ver. 3.2.7. The results showed that image directly\xa0positive and significant effect on loyality. Quality directly positive and significant effect on\xa0loyality. Satisfaction directly positive and significant effect on loyality. Image through\xa0satisfaction as an intervening variabel directly positive and significant effect on loyality.\xa0Quality through satisfaction as an intervening variabel directly positive and significant effecton loyality
