Interfaces entre pesquisa e extensão: uma proposta de ressignificação da formação em educação física escolar

 
 
 
 
 

Abstract


Objetivo : O objetivo deste artigo e potencializar a discussao dos possiveis desdobramentos para ressignificar a formacao continuada de professores, a partir dos estudos produzidos no Grupo de Pesquisa em Educacao Fisica e Educacao (GPEFE). Com isso, relatamos a experiencia do projeto de extensao Ressignificando a Educacao Fisica Escolar (REFE), da Escola Superior de Educacao Fisica da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (ESEF/UFPel), o qual destina-se a trabalhar com a formacao inicial e continuada, pelo intercâmbio de saberes entre professores da Educacao basica e academicos de graduacao e pos-graduacao em Educacao Fisica. Metodos : Foram realizadas duas formacoes destinadas aos professores da rede municipal do Capao do Leao (RS), tendo como tema principal o ensino atraves do jogo. Nas formacoes foram abordados os principios do esporte educacional, criterios para escolha do bom jogo, variacoes e atividades para espacos reduzidos. As formacoes contaram tambem com a participacao de academicos da licenciatura em Educacao Fisica da ESEF/UFPel e foram conduzidas por membros do REFE. Adotou-se o metodo de ensino do esporte, proposto pelo Instituto Esporte & Educacao, com a vivencia de jogos e explicacoes acerca da proposta metodologica. Resultados : Alem da troca de saberes ocorrida durante a formacao, os professores avaliaram os encontros como muito produtivos, identificando que atraves dos jogos as expectativas foram atingidas, relacionando a troca de conhecimentos e as novas experiencias com a qualificacao da pratica pedagogica. Conclusao : Acredita-se na importância da oferta de formacao para professores das diferentes redes de ensino que leve em consideracao os saberes e experiencias desses profissionais, possibilitando, assim, um dialogo entre universidade e escola. ABSTRACT. Interfaces between research and extension: a proposal of resignification of the formation in physical education for school. Objective : The aim of this article is to promote the discussion about possible developments in order to re - significate the continuing education of teachers, based on the studies produced at the Research Group on Physical Education and Education (GPEFE). Thus, we report on the experience of the project Re-signifying Schooling Physical Education (REFE) of the School of Physical Education of the Federal University of Pelotas (ESEF/UFPel), which is designed to work with initial and continuing training by the exchange of knowledge between teachers of basic education, undergraduate, and graduate students in Physical Education. Methods : Two formations were designed for the teachers of the municipal schools of Capao do Leao (RS), having as main theme the teaching through the game. In the formations the principles of the educational sport, criteria for choosing a good game, variations and activities for reduced spaces were approached. The trainings also had the participation of academics of the Physical Education course of ESEF/UFPel and were conducted by members of the REFE. We adopted the method of teaching sports, proposed by the Institute of Sport & Education, with the experiencing of games and explanations about their methodological proposals. Results : In addition to the exchange of knowledge during the formations, the teachers evaluated the meetings as very productive, identifying that through the games expectations were reached, relating the knowledge exchange and the new experiences to the qualification of the pedagogical practice. Conclusion : The importance of offering training to teachers of different educational networks that takes into account the knowledge and experiences of these professionals, enabling a dialogue between university and school.
