Розроблення способу газифікації подрібненого вугілля
Abstract
The work is based on the task of creating the method of solid crushed fuel gasification, which due to the unity of the process of semi-coking of coal and gasification of semi-coke bound by a common circuit of solid coolant, provides easy process control and stability, and neutralization of harmful substances and fues gasification, carried out by afterburning of residual combustible substances of ash with excess air above the stoichiometric value. The problem is solved by the fact that according to the proposed method of gasification of solid crushed fuel, which consists in pre-drying and semi-coking followed by gasification of hot semi-coke on steam-oxygen or steam-air blast and purification of generator gas from coke and ash particles according to the invention, is performed by drying and semi-coking of fuel in a semi-coking reactor due to the heat of a mixture of hot ash and coke, which are released from the stream of gas generator during its purification, and hot gases and resin vapors are mixed with a stream of hot generator gas for further gasification of resins after semi-coking of the fuel, gasified in a circulating fluidized bed, and the ash particles, after gasification of the semi-coke, are fed to the afterburning of residual combustibles and thermal neutralization of harmful substances with excess air above the stoichiometric. The unity of the process of semi-coking of coal and gasification of semi-coke, connected by a common circuit of circulation of solid coolant, provides ease of process control and its stability. The ash stream, after gasification of semi-coke, is directed to the afterburning of residual combustible substances and fire neutralization of harmful substances (phenols, CaSO3, carbon disulfide, etc.). In the process of afterburning, harmful chemical compounds formed at the stage of semi-coking and gasification of fuel captured with ash (phenols, carbon disulfide, etc.) are neutralized.
