Hábitos alimenticios en adolescentes de 13 a 19 años en el centro de salud Junín en tiempos de pandemia
Abstract
The present research is based on the fact that adolescents from 13 to 19 years of age at the \nJunin health center do not practice healthy eating habits, for this reason, the need arises to \nidentify the eating habits of adolescents in times of pandemic. The general objective was to \nidentify the eating habits in adolescents aged 13 to 19 years at the Junin health center in \ntimes of pandemic, the object of study was the eating habits in adolescentes in times of \npandemic at the Junin health center. The following variables were determined: 1) \nindependent variable: eating habits, 2) dependent variable: times of pandemic. A descriptive \ncross sectional cohort study was carried out, the statistical method was applied, which \nallowed obtaining date related to the variables, the study population consisted of 200 \nadolescents between 13 and 19 years of age of both sexes. The results of the research showed \nthat the majority of adolescents from 13 to 19 years of age are female, with the questionnaire \nit was determined that the type of diet of adolescents during this pandemic has been 46.00% \nregular, 29.50% deficient and 16.00% good. Finally, it is concluded that most of the foods \nthat adolescents consumed during the pandemic are short of vitamins, minerals and proteins, \nit is necessary that within the dishes the diet is balanced so that they provide all the vitamins \nthat are needed for development and adolescent growth.
