Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pelatihan Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Kepala Urusan

 
 
 

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa Se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. \nPendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di 14 Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai Februari 2021. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 124 orang diantaranya 14 orang kepala desa, 14 orang sekretaris desa dan 100 orang dari unsur BPD (Badan Permusyawaratan Desa). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang atau 55% dari populasi. \nHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur (2) Pelatihan, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur (3) Tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu TImur (4) Variabel pengalaman kerja paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu TImur. \n\xa0 \nThis study aims to analyze the effect of the level of education, training and work experience on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in Se Village, Malili District, and East Luwu Regency. \nThis research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted in 14 villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency. When the research was conducted starting February 2021. The population in this study was as many as 124 people including 14 village heads, 14 village secretaries and 100 people from the BPD (Village Consultative Body) element. The sample in this study were 70 people or 55% of the population. \nThe results of this study indicate that (1) the level of education does not have a significant effect on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency (2) Training and work experience have a partial effect on the service performance of Heads of Affairs in Villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency (3) The level of education, training, and work experience have a simultaneous effect on the service performance of the Heads of Affairs in villages in Malili District, Luwu TImur Regency (4) The work experience variable has the most significant effect on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in Villages in Malili District, Luwu TImur Regency.
