Abstract

Objective \nTraditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of malignant tumors. This articleobserved the effect of Yanghe Decoction on immune-related cells and cancer-induced fatigue in patients with advanced breast cancer. \n \n \nMethods \n22 patients with stage IV breast cancer was confirmed by pathology. The patients received a standard dose of Yanghe decoction, one dose per day, a total of 10 days, 21 days as a course of treatment. The interval between two courses of treatment should not exceed two weeks, the patients continued to take the drug to disease progression or intolerable toxic side effects. The treatment period was 4-6 months. Before and after the treatment of Yanghe decoction, the patients were tested for immune micro-environmental indicators, and the patients self-assessed the fatigue status. \n \n \nResult \nYanghe decoction significantly increased NK cells and B lymphocytes in patients with advanced breast cancer, and has a significant effect on breast cancer-related fatigue. \n \n \nConclusion \nYanghe decoction improves the tumor immune microenvironment and reduces cancer-induced fatigue, thereby improves the quality of life of cancer patients. \n \n \nKey words: \nYanghe decoction;\xa0Advanced breast cancer;\xa0Immune microenvironment
