Abstract

Primary Hyperparathyroidism is a calcium metabolism disorder of endocrine system diseases which caused by hypersecretion of parathyroid hormone by primary lesion of parathyroid tissue. In recent years, with the development of medical diagnostic technology, in particular, the development of a variety of biochemical screening, the incidence of primary hyperparathyroidism also increased and most of these patients are asymptomatic.
