Abstract


Primary Hyperparathyroidism is a calcium metabolism disorder of endocrine system diseases which caused by hypersecretion of parathyroid hormone by primary lesion of parathyroid tissue. In recent years, with the development of medical diagnostic technology, in particular, the development of a variety of biochemical screening, the incidence of primary hyperparathyroidism also increased and most of these patients are asymptomatic. At present, the diagnosis and treatment standard of asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism is still controversial, This article is based on Guidelines for the management of asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism in 2014 and sharing the latest research progress to proved some suggestions for improving the medical management of asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism patients and improving the quality of life of them. \n \n \nKey words: \nHyperparathyroidism, Primary;\xa0Asymptomatic Diseases
