Abstract
Objective \nTo explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on perioperative patients with cesarean scar pregnancy. \n \n \nMethods \nA total of 90 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy patients admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into research group and control group, 45 cases of each group.Patients in the control group only implemented conventional clinical nursing program, while patients in the intervention group used clinical nursing pathway nursing mode. The clinical nursing results and prognosis of the two groups were compared. \n \n \nResults \nThe length of hospital stay in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Average hospital costs was lower in the intervention group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the overall complication rate of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group and lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). \n \n \nConclusion \nThe application of clinical nursing pathway nursing measures to patients with cesarean section scar pregnancy can promote the rehabilitation process of patients, promote more scientific and standardized nursing behavior, and constantly improve the quality of nursing, which can be widely practiced. \n \n \nKey words: \nClinical nursing pathway;\xa0Cesarean section scar pregnancy;\xa0Perioperative care;\xa0Effect
