Application effect of detail management in anesthesia recovery nursing

Abstract

Objective \nTo explore the clinical effect of detail management in the nursing of anesthesia recovery room. \n \n \nMethods \nA total of 240 patients who were transferred to the anesthesia recovery room after surgery in this hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 120 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine general post-anesthesia care, and were transferred out of the recovery room after meeting the Aldrete post-anesthesia recovery scoring criteria.Patients in the study group were given detailed management and nursing interventions.The incidence of complications, adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. \n \n \nResults \nThe incidence of adverse events and complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). \n \n \nConclusions \nThe application of detailed nursing in anesthesia recovery room nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events during anesthesia recovery, improve nursing satisfaction, ensure the perioperative safety of patients, and accelerate recovery and postoperative recovery. \n \n \nKey words: \nPostanesthesia care unit;\xa0Details of the nursing;\xa0Nursing
