The clinical application of Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice pattern intervention in perioperative period of thoracic laparoscopic resection of esophageal carcinoma

Abstract

Objective \nTo investigate the effect of Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice(IKAP) mode intervention on perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of esophageal carcinoma. \n \n \nMethods \nA total of 50 cases of esophageal cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in this hospital from November 2014 to December 2017 were selected.According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases of each group.Patients in both groups were treated with thoracic laparoscopic resection of esophageal cancer after admission.Patients in the control group were treated with routine perioperative nursing intervention of esophageal cancer, while patients in the observation group were treated with IKAP mode nursing intervention based on the control group.Psychological status, perioperative related indicators and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. \n \n \nResults \nThere was no statistically significant difference in operation time and postoperative drainage volume between the two groups. The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). \n \n \nConclusions \nIKAP nursing intervention can significantly improve patients psychological state, shorten postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time, improve nursing satisfaction, and achieve remarkable application effect. \n \n \nKey words: \nIKAP;\xa0Laparoscopic resection of esophageal cancer;\xa0Nursing intervention;\xa0Perioperative period
