Effect of nursing intervention on pain and treatment compliance in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

 
 

Abstract


Objective \nTo explore the effect of nursing intervention on pain and treatment compliance in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. \n \n \nMethods \nA total of 106 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted to No.2 Internal Medicine of the hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to multi-center, parallel and control methods, 53 cases each.Both groups received conventional treatment and nursing, and the observation group adopted high-quality nursing intervention on this basis. Patients pain, treatment compliance and quality of life before and after intervention were observed. \n \n \nResults \nBefore intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in self-assessment questionnaire, Frankl treatment compliance and quality of life score (SF-36)(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). \n \n \nConclusions \nOn the basis of standard treatment of rheumatoid arthritis auxiliary quality nursing intervention, can alleviate pain, improve patient coordination and quality of life. \n \n \nKey words: \nRheumatoid arthritis;\xa0Quality care;\xa0Pain;\xa0Treatment compliance;\xa0Quality of life
