Effect of extended visualization intervention on patients with bladder cancer after bladder cancer operation

 
 
 

Abstract


Objective \nTo explore the effect of extended visualization intervention on patients with bladder cancer after bladder cancer operation. \n \n \nMethods \nFrom March 2016 to March 2017, 76 patients with intravesical instillation chemotherapy for bladder cancer who received conventional extended nursing intervention were selected as the control group. The patients who were admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected. Seventy-six patients with bladder infusion chemotherapy after bladder extension surgery with visual extension therapy were included as observation group. The incidence of complications, quality of life and satisfaction of care were compared between the two groups. \n \n \nResults \nAfter 3 months of intervention, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the physiology, physiological function, physical pain, general health status, energy, The social function, emotional function and mental health score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of intervention. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). \n \n \nConclusions \nRemote visualization extended nursing intervention for bladder infusion chemotherapy patients with bladder cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve their quality of life, and effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing.
