Obseration on the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction

Abstract

Objective \nTo investigate the clinical value of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. \n \n \nMethods \nA total of 260 patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction in Yuncheng Central Hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected. They were divided into control group and study group, with 130 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amiodarone. The study group was treated with amiodarone and Shensong Yangxin capsule. The therapeutic effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on arrhythmia after myocardial infarction was observed. \n \n \nResults \nAfter the treatment for patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction, the total effective rate in the study group (92.31%) was higher than that in the control group (70.00%, P 0.05). \n \n \nConclusions \nThe addition of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on the basis of amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve the patient’s curative effect and help to ensure patients’ prognosis and quality of life. \n \n \nKey words: \nShensong Yangxin Capsule;\xa0Arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction;\xa0Effect
