Abstract

Objective \nTo explore the accuracy of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. \n \n \nMethods \nThe data of 60 patients with ovarian cancer in WTH the Group General Hospital of Datong from January 2014 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and 60 patients were given CT and MRI before operation, and the intraoperative and pathological examination were taken as the gold standard to compare and analyze the accuracy of CT, MRI and CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. \n \n \nResults \nThe coincidence rate of combined CT and MRI (98.33%) was higher than that of CT (80.00%) and MRI (93.33%, P 0.05). The accuracy of CT combined with MRI (83.33%) was significantly greater than that of CT (60.00%, P 0.05). \n \n \nConclusions \nCT combined with MRI can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, characterization, staging and metastasis of ovarian cancer, which is of great significance for early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer. \n \n \nKey words: \nComputed tomography;\xa0Magnetic resonance Imaging;\xa0Ovarian cancer;\xa0Accuracy
