\n 卵巢转移瘤合并原发瘤（ovarian metastatic malignancy with primary tumor，OMMPT）是一种罕见现象，指卵巢转移瘤伴发卵巢原发性肿瘤。本组1例为卵巢转移性结肠腺癌伴成年型颗粒细胞瘤（AGCT），另1例为子宫体子宫内膜样癌（EC）转移至卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤（MCT），并复习文献以提高对该病的认识，为治疗及预后提供依据。.\n
