Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine holds that the change of moods is inextricably linked with the liver′s function of controlling conveyance and dispersion in the theory of viscera and manifestations. The function of zang-fu viscera changes with the transformation of moods. When the mood is out of control, the viscera are dysfunctional, and the interaction between the zang-fu organs leads to the corresponding diseases. Modern studies have confirmed that emotional changes can affect the internal environment and lead to changes in related physiological functions in the body. With the diversification of modern life, people′s emotional fluctuations have become more intense. Excessively intense mood swings also greatly increase the incidence of stroke. Good control of moods also contributes to the recovery of various diseases.
