Abstract


The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of organizational culture and transformational leadership on knowledge sharing. This study was descriptive and correlational research that was conducted through the survey method. The study population consisted of all employees in regional telecommunication organizational and 61 persons were selected as volume of sample. The data gathering tools were organizational culture, transformational leadership, and knowledge sharing. Descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling through path analysis) were used to analyze the data. The data was analyzed using SPSS. In order to test the theoretical model, multiple linear regression analysis was used leading to hypotheses to be tested. The findings depict that organizational culture and transformational leadership have a positive influence on knowledge sharing in organizations. Organizational culture and leadership style both play a vital role in promoting knowledge sharing activity among the employees.
