Recently, we experienced a case of combined LCNEC with endometrioid carcinoma (ECa) showing peritoneal dissemination that was confirmed by histology and peritoneal fluid cytology. The purpose of this report is to delineate cytologic characteristics of LCNEC in an effusion specimen.
