Scientific progress, technology and industrial \ndevelopment in addition to globalization have allowed for the flow of a large amount of \nmarket information (capital information, investment information, labor, goods \nand services information etc.), which has resulted in intense competition \nincreasing day by day because of the rapid technological developments, \ncommunication technology, electronic commerce and economic blocs. This has led \nto the industrial development of goods and services at an accelerated pace, and \nthe development of business organizations under the pressure of intense \ncompetition and they must search for sophisticated strategies to stay in the \nmarket and the performance of economic and social tasks entrusted to it, and be \nable to compete and then expand in the markets locally and internationally. \nEntrepreneurship is one of the main topics in the economies of both developed \nand developing countries. Effective entrepreneurship contributes to economic \ndevelopment and the information era has led to dramatic changes in the work \nenvironment. Participation and technology have resulted in a faster pace the \ncompetition between local and international institutions, which works in an \ninnovative way to disseminate information to produce products and provide new \nservices to customers. The information era is also an incentive to restore \nsuccessful traditional work patterns. As a result, innovation has become the \nmain factor in separating leading institutions at all local, regional, and \ninternational levels. This paper aimed at measuring the characteristics of \nEntrepreneurship among postgraduate students from different universities in the \nKingdom of Bahrain and its impact on entrepreneurship characteristics. A conceptual framework has been presented for a \nbetter understanding of the entrepreneurship characteristics topic which formed \nthe basis for the topic under study. Using a quantitative method, 1000 \nquestionnaires were distributed to target respondents comprising \nof international and local graduate students studying/graduated from different \nuniversities in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The responses collected were 930 completed questionnaires representing a 93% \npercent response rate. The data were analyzed using Smart PLS version 3. The \nfindings indicate that entrepreneurship characteristics of the post-graduate \nstudents are a valid construct in predicting entrepreneurial intentions.
