Abstract


The external section in the invention of technologies to real view. We had done research on a project to explain stages of accident issues in speed control and monitoring of health in vehicles through directions in machine learning fuzzy tool. Regulating the user identity and rules makes prior instruction in following constraints [x1, x2] and [y1, y2]. Model-based detecting sages along with variables in optimal control toolbox. Interfacing system in learning comprehensive model, clustering to designed logic is fuzzy. Art of smart health monitoring system to current stage and previous stage in need of accidental issues challenges to be an enlargement investigation. Membership functions if-then rules evaluate the user data in vehicles. To regulate vehicle user alcohol stages and health monitoring by model-based variable in machine learning. A random neural network design in advanced optimal control. Considering constraints sections collection of user data in a combination of sensors LANN (Local Aided Neural Network) is interfaced for the emergency view of the user. Ease in classification to develop in application module. The paper defines the depth of work to save from user-made uncontrolled accidents. Recommendations to provide an extensive evaluation for existing research for external future systems.
