Role of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and Organizational success

Abstract

Emotional Intelligence (EI) plays a significant role in creating leadership skills and making an effective workplace. Positive work environment will enable everyone to understand each other, manage their own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, and help to manage relationships within the organization. The objective was to explore the association of emotional intelligence in leadership and organizational success among the
