Abstract

Heart Transplantation (CT) is the latest therapy for patients with refractory Heart Failure (HF). However, after CT, they present organic changes that make them intolerant to exercise and with low physical conditioning. The study was carried out through a literature review, using the PubMed and SciELO databases from November 2019 to May 2020. 28 articles were found. After reading the titles and abstracts, 24 articles were excluded because they did not meet the inclusion criteria of this study. In total, 4 articles were reviewed. After CT, the patient has low physical conditioning and intolerance to activity due to the physiological changes of his underlying disease. After analyzing the articles, it was possible to observe satisfactory results 1 Graduanda em Fisioterapia pela Faculdade Metropolitana.
