Abstract

Talking about entrepreneurship and its benefits is of great importance today, due to the strong impact that the presence of covid-19, job losses, business closures and the lack of dynamism of the public sector have caused in people s lives. They cause a reduction in people s basic needs. The objective of this analytical-descriptive study is to determine the entrepreneurial profile of the students of the Ismael Perez Pazmino Higher Technological Institute so that the information obtained allows the authorities of this institution to reorient the graduation profiles for the sake of greater and better job placement of its professionals. The research is based on the methods of bibliographic and statistical review, as well as on a survey that gathers the three dimensions that enclose the institutional, economic and social characteristics of the entrepreneurs; The results reveal complex situations in the stability of emotions, communication, tolerance to failure, predisposition for risk, adaptability and creativity that achieve average scores below the desired optimal level.
