Peristaltic Movement of a Dusty Fluid in a Curved Configuration with Mass Transfer

Abstract

This paper discusses the impact of mass transfer on the peristaltic\nflow of a dusty fluid in a curved configuration with elastic properties\nof the walls. A perturbation solution is being obtained which resolves the\ngoverning equations in which wave number is taken small. The expressions\nfor concentration and stream function of fluid and particle phases\nare being obtained. The salient features of trapping phenomena are being\ndiscussed explicitly. It has been shown that the size of bolus expands by\nincreasing curvature effects. The trapped bolus expands for fluid particles\nas ± increases and has opposite effect for dust particles.
