Rapat kerja KKG sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas menyusun RPP tematik terpadu

 

Abstract


Penelitian tindakan, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas di SD Negeri 1 Megati Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur Kabupaten Tabanan Menyusun RPP Tematik Terpadu melalui Rapat Kerja KKG Sekolah. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 orang guru kelas SD di Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur. Penelitian dirancang dalam dua siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yakni: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan tindakan yang ditetapkan untuk nilai rata-rata (minimal 76,00) dan ketuntasan (minimal 85,00%). Hasil penelitian: (1) terjadi peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan guru kelas menyusun RPP Tematik Terpadu dengan perolehan pada Pra Siklus sebesar 69,55; pada Siklus I sebesar 79,63; dan pada Siklus II sebesar 85,80; (2) terjadi peningkatan rata-rata ketuntasan aspek RPP Tematik Terpadu dengan pencapaian sebanyak 10 aspek (37,04%) pada Pra Siklus, 21 aspek (77,78%) pada Siklus I, dan 26 aspek (92,59) pada Siklus II. Dari temuan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa melalui Rapat Kerja KKG Sekolah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas menyusun RPP Tematik Terpadu di SD Negeri 1 Megati Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur Kabupaten Tabanan Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021.\nAction research, aims to improve the ability of classroom teachers at SD Negeri 1 Megati, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency, to develop an integrated thematic lesson plan through the KKG School Work Meeting. The research subjects were 6 elementary school teachers in Selemadeg Timur District. The research was designed in two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation/evaluation and reflection. The indicators for the success of the action were set for the average value (minimum76.00) and completeness (minimum 85.00%). The results of the study: (1) there was an increase in the average ability of class teachers in preparing Integrated Thematic RPP with the acquisition of Pre-Cycle of 69.55; in Cycle I of 79.63; and in Cycle II of 85.80; (2) there was an increase in the average completion of the Integrated Thematic RPP aspects with the achievement of 10 aspects (37.04%) in the Pre-Cycle, 21 aspects (77.78%) in Cycle I, and 26 aspects (92.59) in the Cycle. From the findings of the study, it was concluded that through the KKG School Work Meeting, the ability of classroom teachers to develop an integrated thematic lesson plan at SD Negeri 1 Megati, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency, Semester 1 of the 2020/2021 Academic Year
