USO DE VINHAÇA COMO BIOFERTILIZANTE: EFEITO NA NODULAÇÃO, CRESCIMENTO E ACÚMULO DE NUTRIENTES NO CULTIVO DA SOJA:

Abstract

Vinasse is a liquid residue from the fermentation process to obtain ethanol, it is rich in potassium, an essential nutrient for the development of soybeans. Vinasse is a material of organic origin, without the presence of metals or other contaminants that prevent its use in agriculture, so it can be used as a biofertilizer in various agricultural crops. The objective of this work was to study the effect of the application of sugar cane vinasse in the in natura and concentrated form as a source of potassium in partial and total substitution in the soybean crop, evaluating its effects on the plant. The experimental design was a randomized block design, with four replications, with the treatments distributed in a factorial scheme (2 x 2), with the factors as a function of vinasse conditions (in natura and concentrated), and the presence and absence of chemical fertilization with potassium chloride (KCl) at sowing. For the first year of cultivation, the use of vinasse promoted to the soybean conditions for the best development of the crop by nodulation evaluation and plant growth. The nodulation of the soybean responded positively to the application of the vinasse in the two application times (sowing and cover). Vinasse can be used as a biofertilizer in partial or total substitution of chemical fertilization with potassium chloride in soybean, regardless of its form of application (in natura or concentrated).
