(In)disciplina, interações e metodologias de ensino: problemáticas e alternativas em um colégio público do interior sergipano
Abstract
A escola configura-se como palco de interacoes entre os educandos, por ser o ambiente onde estes passam a maior parte do seu dia, juntamente com professores, equipe diretiva e demais funcionarios. O convivio cotidiano, por reunir multiplos valores, pode gerar conflitos que se baseiam na percepcao das relacoes entre esses grupos, os quais tem varias formas de se manifestar, mas que se fundamentam, de certa forma, no comportamento discente. O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar e caracterizar as relacoes escolares entre discentes e docentes do Colegio Estadual Dr. Milton Dortas, localizado em Simao Dias/SE. Para isso, foram aplicados questionarios, entrevistas e realizados encontros com grupos focais com alunos e professores do colegio em questao, tendo em vista o melhor entendimento dos problemas vivenciados. Os dados apontaram para a existencia de conflitos entre os grupos entrevistados e a pouca participacao do corpo discente nas acoes deliberativas da escola. Do mesmo modo, os professores apontam a indisciplina como problema preponderante entre os alunos e estes, a dissociacao dos conteudos da realidade escolar, bem como a necessidade de adequacao de praticas pedagogicas. Assim, e imprescindivel a utilizacao de metodologias inovadoras, que busquem adequar o conteudo cientifico aos valores culturais dos educandos, bem como o desenvolvimento de projetos interdisciplinares que os integrem a realidade da comunidade. \nPalavras-chave: Ensino Medio. Praticas pedagogicas \n \nAbstract \n \nThe school is a stage of interactions among learners, because it is the environment where students spend most of their day, together with teachers, management staff and other employees. The daily conviviality, by gathering multiple values, can generate conflicts that are based on the perception of the relations between these groups, which have several forms of manifesting, but that are based, to a certain extent, in the student behavior. The present work had as objective to identify and characterize the school relations between students and teachers of a public school in the State of Sergipe, Northeast Brazil. For that, questionnaires and interviews were conducted and meetings were held with focus groups with students and professors of the Colegio Estadual Dr. Milton Dortas, a state school located in the city of Simao Dias, Sergipe, to better understand the problems experienced. The data pointed to the existence of conflicts between the groups interviewed and the low participation of the students in the deliberative actions of the school. Likewise, teachers point to indiscipline as a preponderant problem between students and these points to the dissociation of contents from the school reality, as well as the need to adapt pedagogical practices. After analyzing the data, an Educational Intervention Plan was proposed as an alternative for the resolution of conflicts. Thus, it is imperative to use innovative methodologies that seek to adapt the scientific content to the cultural values of the students, as well as the development of interdisciplinary projects that integrate them to the reality of the community with which the school is integrated. \nKeywords: High school.
