Identification of Influence of Part Tolerances of 3PWR-SE Pump On Its Total Efficiency Taking Into Consideration Multi-Valued Logic Trees

A. Deptuła; Piotr Osiński; M. A. Partyka

Abstract This paper presents the way of identifying the influence of the tolerance of model pumps (TYPE 3PWR-SE) construction on the total efficiency. The identification of sensitive control dimensions (Value/Tolerance) of examined pumps has been made by means of the multi-valued logic and inductive decision trees. In order to confirm the obtained results, multiple-valued logic trees have been used in the paper according to algorithms for the minimization of individual logic functions. What is more, a specific monotonicity of values of the most key parameters has been determined for the investigated set of pumps having individual specification numbers.

Kinematics of Biplanetary Epicyclic Gears

Józef Drewniak; A. Deptuła; T. Kądziołka; S. Zawiślak

In the present paper, the biplanetary gears are analysed. They have complex layouts and their functioning is not too easy to recognize based upon these general schemes. However, it has been proved that two methods i.e. Willis and Kutzbach could be useful for their detailed kinematical analysis, enclosing e.g. directions of rotation of particular geared wheels. The exemplary gears analysed e.g. kinematical ratios have been calculated. The analysis of these gears could be a good training for mechanism understanding by students and researchers.

Application of Game Graphs to Describe the Inverse Problem in the Designing of Mechatronic Vibrating Systems

A. Deptuła

Dependence graphs and parametric game trees can be applied to describe dynamic properties of machine systems. Discrete mechatronic systems are understood as a combination of mechanical discrete models with piezoelectric elements and external electrical circuits LRC. An application of game graphs to describe the inverse problem on the basis of an example of a mechatronic vibrating system has been presented in the paper, focusing on mechanic subsystems of concentrated parameters and an external LRC system.

Inductive Decision Tree Analysis of the Validity Rank of Construction Parameters of Innovative Gear Pump after Tooth Root Undercutting

A. Deptuła; M. A. Partyka

Abstract The article presents an innovative use of inductive algorithm for generating the decision tree for an analysis of the rank validity parameters of construction and maintenance of the gear pump with undercut tooth. It is preventet an alternative way of generating sets of decisions and determining the hierarchy of decision variables to existing the methods of discrete optimization.

The Optimization of Three-Involute Tooth Outline with Taking into Consideration Multi-valued Logic Trees

A. Deptuła; Piotr Osiński

The paper presents the application of multivalent logic trees with weighting factors in optimizing the three-involute tooth profile. The elaborated concept of the pump of the poly-involute outline sets new directions of development, and thus the applications of gear units. The process of optimization has been carried out with regard to the five basic criteria. Based on our calculations designed a whole range of gear for the involute
