The purpose of the study was to determine the user satisfaction of two clubs of padel of Cartagena (Region of Murcia). With this objective, the questionnaire EPOD was implemented to a sample of 36 people (16 women and 20 men), aged 20 to 55 years old. This instrument is composed of four dimensions: 1.Instructors, 2. Facilities and Material, 3. Activities, 4. Organization Image. The dimensions best valued were Instructors and Organization Image. These results were similar with other previous studies where it was also observed that the most valued dimensions were Instructors and Organization Image.
