Geometric Analysis of Motions Exercised by the Stewart Platform

A. Dymarek; T. Dzitkowski; Krzysztof Herbuś; Gabriel Kost; Piotr Ociepka

The study outlines the geometric analysis of motions executed by the Stewart platform and operated in the environment of a simulator for driving learning to be used by disabled people. The analysis was carried out on the basis of results obtained from the resolved kinematic problem for the inversed platform.

Active Synthesis of Discrete Systems as a Tool for Reduction Vibration

A. Dymarek; T. Dzitkowski

The paper presents the problem of vibration reduction in designed discrete mechanical systems. The method of reduction has been based on active synthesis, which makes it possible to obtain the desired mechanical effect through the proper selection of dynamic properties of the system, including the calculation of the active force as a function of the system force feedback.

Reduction Vibration of Mechanical Systems

A. Dymarek; T. Dzitkowski

In this work the method of active synthesis of mechanical systems in accordance with the desired frequency spectrum has been formulated and formalised. Active synthesis of a proportional regulation system has been performed in accordance with the method formulated and a verification of the correctness of the results has been carried out.

Active Synthesis of Discrete Systems as a Tool for Stabilisation Vibration

T. Dzitkowski; A. Dymarek

The paper presents the problem of stability and vibration reduction in designed discrete mechanical systems. The method of stabilisation and reduction has been based on active synthesis, which makes it possible to obtain the desired mechanical effect through the proper selection of dynamic properties of the system, including the calculation of the active force as a function of the system force feedback.

Active Synthesis of Machine Drive Systems

T. Dzitkowski; A. Dymarek

The paper presents a numerical example of utilizing a synthesis tool to determine the parameters and structures of machine drive systems in the form of torsional vibration models. In addition, the paper presents the algorithm for determining the values of controlling force parameters an active synthesis. The presented method makes it possible to choose a controlling force to maintain loads within the rated range under specified operating conditions.

The Computer Aided Passive Reduction of Vibration to Desired Vibration Amplitude

A. Dymarek; T. Dzitkowski

The paper presents the problem of vibration reduction in designed discrete mechanical systems. The passive vibration reduction based on the synthesis method by using the Synteza application. The presented application has been developed by performing the algorithmization of formulated and formalized synthesis methods provided by the authors.

The Inverse Problem of Kinematics as the Tool for Determination of Motion Trajectories Exercised by Worm Drives of a Stewart Platform

A. Dymarek; T. Dzitkowski

The paper presents how to find out motion trajectories for individual platforms incorporated into a Stewart platform. The differential equations for motion of actuators are resolved under the assumed initial preconditions. Also are presented graphs for motions of end tips of actuators incorporated into the platform structure. The study makes up one of indispensable stages within the engineering process aimed to design a vehicle simulator for disabled people to help them learning how to drive a car.

Inverse Task of Vibration Active Reduction of Mechanical Systems

A. Dymarek; T. Dzitkowski

The paper presents the problem of discrete vibration reduction in mechanical systems depending on the desired dynamic properties. The conditions for physical feasibility of dynamic characteristics have been defined, in the form of impedance and mobility, for passive and active vibration reduction. The authors have presented a graphic method for determining the free vibration drop coefficient, based on the desired value of the reduced resonance frequency amplitude.

Passive Reduction in the Identified Vibrations of the Machine Drive System in the Form of Multistage Gear Units

T. Dzitkowski; A. Dymarek

The paper presents the method for designing machine drive systems in the form of multi-gear gearboxes depending on the desired dynamic properties which can be understood as a series of resonant and anti-resonant frequencies in the form of dynamic characteristics. The properties assumed in such a way are the starting point for the parametric and structural synthesis of discrete vibrating systems.
