Energy intake of individual have an important role to support daily activity and it must fulfill the energy requirement in appropriate amounts. Energy requirement is determined based on Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)—which is affected by weights, heights, age and gender—and physical activity level (PAL). While energy intake is calculated based on calorie from each portion of food consumed. This food consists of five principal elements, namely main dish, vegetable side dish, meat, vegetable and fruit. In the daily life, the difference between energy requirement and energy intake must be set as minimum as possible in order to avoid overweight or underweight condition. However, an individual is still having difficulty in determining the ideal portion of every kind of food that will be consumed in everyday. Therefore it is important to develop a system which gives the information regarding an optimal portion of each kind of food for an individual consumption. Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used to find the best portion and composition of food so that it will provide a proportional energy intake according to individual requirement. In the analysis we compare the results from GA and linear programming approach, the experiment shows that GA is succeed in giving proportional portion and composition as well as providing the diversity of food based on individual requirement.

As a result of the development of web 3.0, web tech nologies now make it possible for each user to coll aborate in performing a task. This technology allows us to draw UML diagrams online and collaborate on a software project. Unified Modeling Language is one of the ar chitectural modeling software that is widely used b y software developers. This research aims to develop a modeling tool UML diagrams are class diagrams, use case diagrams and activity diagrams based on pre-existing web using HTML 5 technology combine with JSON Service that allows the software developer to work on the same project UML and collaborate each other with good performance more faster than ordinary web.

Nowadays, the barometer of the strength of a countr y is a military force that is owned by the state. T o produce a good military force in a country, it woul d require an easy, fast and accurate military resou rce management. This study utilized geographic data as a reference for the location of the logistics resou rces to help simplify the management of military data using spatial data in Geographic Information System (GIS ). The system development approach used JSON Service technology framework and HTML 5 to improve system performance. The features development of the management of military resources associated with military operations are conducted. Results of this study generate e-resource military operation system which is swift and in accordance with the W3C web standards.
