Software risk management process like any other process faces some threats. Ignoring such threats may influence the efficiency of software systems. The risk mitigation process would not be proper if the unseen risks neglected. The model in this research presents the best combination of solutions for integration of risk mitigation plan. The proposed model facilitates the identification of circumferential opportunities and risks in mitigation process. In addition, hidden competencies will be identified and the effectiveness of risk mitigation decisions will be optimized. By applying the method on the active software project, the circumferential risks and opportunities were detected and prioritized based on the obtained values. The case study verifies the model in practice and shows its applicability.

A global information system (GIS) connects companies in various countries. Although GIS professionals have produced many facilities for connectivity, only a few have developed a comprehensive GIS model to overcome the obstacles. Complexities, ambiguity as well as other risks are among GIS development difficulties. To develop an efficient and effective decision-making process, critical performance is essential. This article presents a comprehensive model to concur with the GIS development obstacles. The model is based on satisfying GIS critical factors and consists of four components. GISOS covers a large spectrum form global feedback processing to global maintenance facilities. Applying GISOS model facilitate GIS development and improves the performance of global systems.

Distributed teams play a significant role in Customer Relationship management. Using high-tech tools, especially for making intelligent connectivity between teams and team members is essential decision in current era. Using appropriate connecting tools is a critical issue to support team connectivity. Based on variety of available tools, Selecting, customizing, and developing a set of connecting tools are complicated issue. This paper provides some important criteria for choosing distributed information systems to support customer relationship management approaches. Easy to use, hard to misuse, reliable, maintainable, and reasonable price could be assumed as most important criteria for such information systems, which are described in this article. System Integration as a product of using appropriate tools within suitable approach is discussed.

Thinkers in IT management and IT industry with slight difference in opinion have put forward various categories of staff members. Strategists, high ranking, or candidates for key positions use the Think Tank Room term to indicate they have preplanned and reliable programs. In reality, if scientists lacking work experience, or strategists unfamiliar with contingencies of the day occupy such think tank rooms, the undoubtedly the disadvantages of the room are much more than its advantages. The Collaborate Think Tank Room (CTTR) model, proposed in this article, compensate the disadvantages of traditional think tank room model by using a collaborative approach. The model has four stages, conducting Setting, Getting Using, andDoing (SGUD). To clarify the advantages of using the suggested model, two real cases of professional fields are explained.
