The evaluation model of international science and technology cooperation based on set pair analysis

Abstract This article studied the situation of international scientific and technological cooperation use the set pair analysis after understanding the research status of the international scientific and technological cooperation. Firstly we introduces the basics of set pair analysis, Secondly we established evaluation indexes and model of international science and technology cooperation based on set pair analysis, At the same time, we analyze the cooperation that China and other six countries, and obtain the corresponding conclusions by the systems situation of connect number in set pair analysis, putting forward strategy and suggestion that can promote international scientific and technological cooperation.

Study on Standard of Tuition in Higher Education

There is a lack of a cost constraint mechanism in the current higher education tuition pricing system of our country. The “one size fits all” tuition standard fails to reflect the revenue law and the burden ability problems. First, according to the recent higher education tuition fees data related to quantitative analysis of higher education of our country’s college tuition situation, and the comprehensive evaluation of higher education tuition standards is given. Then, the game theory is used to seek higher education fees into the game of students, universities, and the government to achieve a balance of interests. Finally, a single target linear optimization model was established, as the university satisfaction index for target function, two game matrix as constraint conditions.

The study of connection numbers and smooth curve apply in international scientific and technological cooperation

Abstract In order to better show the status of China in international scientific and technological cooperation, the paper reference connection number in set pair analysis, and make the connection number corresponding to improvement. From the connection number matrix it can be drawn with that Japan and the U.S. emphasized on academic cooperation, but Germany was dominated by non-academic factors. When predictive and analyze scientific and technological cooperation, we use the Bernstein basis as the predictive curve fitting basis, and the fitting out Bezier curve is not dependent on the trend of data, so it more universal than regression curve predicted. Since data errors exist, the fitting curve corrected to a smooth curve by using the geometric method and the smooth curve makes the curve avoid wiggling. As we use the number of SCI papers that China was first author during China-US cooperation as the fit data, the Bezier curve fitting can be a good reflection the trend of cooperation papers and it can also predict the number of future cooperation.

Mathematical Models of Classification and Mass Calculation

People are familiar with trees, which have a lot of unsolved mysteries. “How much do the leaves on a tree weigh?” is one of the unsolved questions that frequently rise. To figure out the answer, this paper, under some ideal hypotheses, applies biologics, mechanics, and mathematics comprehensively to build mathematical models of leaf shapes and classification, and proposes a progressive approximation method to estimate leaf mass. This paper analyzes the correlation between leaf mass and the size characteristic of a tree with the model mentioned above, and analyzes the results, comparing them with actual situations, and it proposes, accordingly, an expanding model for obtaining leaf mass.
