Identity, Attachment and Roots in Aging

The traditional place of the elderly in our society has been expulsion and rejection. While this model is beginning to change (Klein 2009, 2010), old age has meant by and large the loss of citizen rights, worse quality of life and withdrawal from social relationships.

Análise da relação entre avós e netos-adolescentes: reflexão sobre a transmissão intergeracional

El presente trabajo se basa en una investigacion exploratoria y descriptiva sobre las relaciones intergeneracionales abuelosnietos adolescentes, buscando comprender, desde la perspectiva del adolescente, las comunicaciones, significaciones y afectos que se gestan en torno a su vinculo transgeneracional, diferenciando las relaciones que establecen con los abuelos y las abuelas, asi como posibles diferencias vinculares entre los abuelos paternos y los abuelos maternos. Existen diferencias basadas en la seleccion voluntaria de actividades con los abuelos de la linea materna, mientras que con los abuelos de la linea paterna parecen reflejar actividades de indole obligatoria que no forman parte de un agrado aparente, pero si forman parte de vinculos integrativos de su identidad y su vinculos tanto intergeneracionales como transgeneracionales.

Exploración de las ideas de Winnicott sobre la adolescencia y el conflicto de generaciones

En este trabajo se busca establecer algunas contribuciones de Winnicott em relacion al conflicto de generaciones, la adolescencia y la educacion. El concepto de conflicto de generaciones es un eje fundamental para pensar la adolescencia y su relacion con el mundo adulto. Destacamos especialmente ideas de Winnicott en relacion a la educacion, con una perspectiva critica de la perspectiva de adaptacion, tema este que esta de acuerdo con su concepto de crecimiento, agresion al servicio de la pulsion de vida y el self verdadero.

This paper attempts to rethink some issues about how we address the issue of old age today, showing that we have gone from relatively clear terms (old age and aging) to others high polisemic terms, as part of that I call anachronistic or ambiguous paradigms. I insist on the theme that the subjectivity of aging is probably replaced with a series of not decrepit aesthetic as a version of the Foucaultian Self Care. I mention new ways of construction of subjectivity –the trans-agedtrying to locate the problem of aging within cultural and social parameters.
