The article presents the basic stages and results of the work with the decision support system in the process of risk management of bankruptcy by the example of a machine builder. Application of the suggested system allows solving four main tasks in the process of risk management of bankruptcy: selection of problem ratios; determining the bankruptcy risk level; generating and selecting alternatives for the problem ratios improvement; evaluating the economic efficiency of the chosen alternatives.

Issues of development of mathematical models and the software of Information System of Bankruptcy Risk Management of an enterprise (ISBRM) are considered in the paper. ISBRM implements a multilevel approach to bankruptcy risk management of an enterprise, based on three main phases: the identification of risk factors, the assessment of factors and bankruptcy risk level, the choice of risk minimization methods.

The paper presents an overview of well-known bankruptcy risk forecasting models, elaborated as by Russian so by foreign authors, on the basis of the data about financial and business activities of the biggest machine-building Russian plants. The authors substantiate and confirm appropriateness of a fuzzy set model to the problem of bankruptcy risk forecasting. This model is worked out on the basis of 10 most important factors, which have the greatest influence on sales proceeds as the main financial source for a production plant.

The paper outlines the complex of related models and decision making support methods based on expert knowledge in strategic management of an engineering enterprise. Represented models are considered to be multi-purpose ones; these models can be used for any engineering enterprise. The application of multi-purpose models increase quality and reasonableness of strategic decisions at the stages of strategic analysis, choice and control.

The article deals with the problems and specific aspects in organizing works of experts involved in assessment of companies that manufacture complex high-technology products. A model is presented that is intended for evaluating competences of experts in individual functional areas of expertise. Experts are selected to build a group on the basis of tables used to determine a competence level. An expert selection model based on fuzzy logic is proposed and additional requirements for the expert group composition can be taken into account, with regard to the needed quality and competence related preferences of decision-makers. A Web-based information system model is developed for the interaction between experts and decision-makers when carrying out online examinations.

When using cloud systems there is always a problem of data safety, data availability and a possibility of malicious acts, hampering computational processes. However, evaluating the risks of introducing cloud applications is not the only aspect influencing the decision to move enterprise applications to the cloud. The present paper suggests a model of decision support for deciding to move enterprise applications to the cloud environment based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The model allows estimating a set of enterprise IT applications and choose the applications for migration to the cloud, based on specific business requirements, technological strategy and willingness to risk.

The surface modification of Fe3O4-based magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) with N-(phosphonomethyl)iminodiacetic acid (PMIDA) was studied, and the possibility of their use as magnetic resonance imaging contrast agents was shown. The effect of the added PMIDA amount, the reaction temperature and time on the degree of immobilization of this reagent on MNPs, and the hydrodynamic characteristics of their aqueous colloidal solutions have been systematically investigated for the first time. It has been shown that the optimum condition for the modification of MNPs is the reaction at 40 °C with an equimolar amount of PMIDA for 3.5 h. The modified MNPs were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric, and CHN elemental analyses. The dependence of the hydrodynamic characteristics of the MNP colloidal solutions on the concentration and pH of the medium was studied by the dynamic light scattering method. On the basis of the obtained data, we can assume that the PMIDA molecules are fixed on the surface of the MNPs as a monomolecular layer. The modified MNPs had good colloidal stability and high magnetic properties. The calculated relaxivities r2 and r1 were 341 and 102 mmol-1 s-1, respectively. The possibility of using colloidal solutions of PMIDA-modified MNPs as a T2 contrast agent for liver studies in vivo (at a dose of 0.6 mg kg-1) was demonstrated for the first time.

Management of companies involved in the design, development and operation of complex engineering products recognize the relevance of creating systems for product lifecycle management. A system of methods is proposed to support life cycles of complex engineering products, based on fuzzy set theory and hierarchical analysis. The system of methods serves to demonstrate the grounds for making strategic decisions in an environment of uncertainty, allows the use of expert knowledge, and provides interconnection of decisions at all phases of strategic management and all stages of a complex engineering product lifecycle.
