Today’s countries, including Russia, that took the independentpath of development and integration into world communityoftentimes face limits of development of their own institutes whichare coping the western one. Most of those who are standing up forreforms, no matter in what environment, scientific or corporate,they are functioning categorically deny institutional reforms inprinciple. It’s of no consideration at all who will be in power inRussia — liberals or socialists — neither ministry of economicsnor health ministry will disappear.

Continuation of Monetary Crisis of 2014 in Russia Is Inevitable

The article is reproducing analysis of relation of foreign currency reserves of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the quantityof minted money (M2) for the last 10 years. A well-founded conclusion is drawing: from after 2010 the quantity of money mintedby the government of Russia was far of excess of the quantity the metallic reserve storing allowed. The maximum gap between realquantity of Rubles and currency holdings fall within the end of 2014. Unrestrained emission of Rubles allocated for defense resulted inthe first correction in value of the Ruble; the point at issue is December 14, 2014- the day when the Rouble depreciated on 7 % againstwestern currencies – the US dollar and the Euro. Taken as a whole, within a year the exchange rate of the Rouble to the dollar fall onmore than 55 %, so, on pace of depreciation, the Rouble turned the one of weakest currencies in the world. However, in the author’sopinion, this correction did not affect the activities of the Russian authorities and this can result in further external imbalance in thecountry and in further crash of the Russian ruble.

Living Standards of Russians Will Twofold Deteriorate

After having attended the Moscow Economic Forum I was surprisedto find that among a vast number of participants I failed to meet at leastone who would share the opinion that the government of Russia hasan elaborate economic policy. The majority of participants are sharingthe opinion that the authorities are enthralled by illusions. There was abelief that oil prices would not fall below 80 dollars per barrel, but theyhave fallen; that after accession of Crimea the West would not imposeany sanctions, but they have imposed ones; that after imposition ofsanctions we would obtain credits in Asia and the Chinese investmentswould flow in Russia, but there is no such flow; that after devaluationthere would be no price rising, and the prices have risen, and etc.

The Umbrella Revolution

The last Sochi Economic Forum emphasized that the Russianbusiness failed to have a full realization of the fact that the worldhas changed. It became more Asian. The number of those whoattended the block revolved around economic sanctions againstRussia, manifold exceeded the audient of the Asian block, andlectures met this fact with raised eyebrows. After all, developmentof Russian business, in general, had an emigration nature: originallyany business person went to the USA or in Europe as a tourist, lookedabout, launched a company and, simultaneously, got a residencepermit, set up any simple operations, made new connections,relocated children for permanent residence and education, and,eventually, mean to live peaceful and secure old age at the placeof “registration” of the company. As regards Asia, the situation ismuch trickier. The Russian business and political elite are notready to relocate for permanent residence in China, Malaysia,Singapore or Korea. Nor yet they are ready to send their childrento get education there, and, certainly, not regard Asia as a place forspending peaceful and secure old age.

In the monography, on the basis of generalization of substantive provisions of the theory and their realization in the Russianpractice of marketing research, dependence between morphological type of the consumer of bank services, its predisposition to return ofthe taken loans is convincingly proved. The technique of segmentation of consumers of bank services in morphological type is developedat carrying out of the analysis about decision-making on delivery of loans and calculation of obligatory reserves, on the basis ofmorphological typology («CONTY-method»).
