Stratégies identitaires, quelles valorisations ?

Identitatsstrategien Durch die Entwicklung von aktiven Identitatstrategien kann der aus Migrationen stammender Akteur seine Bruche und soziokulturellen Konflikte identifizieren, kontrollieren und uberwinden, um sich nutzlich in die Gastgesellschaft zu intergrieren oder zu positionieren. Er kann somit in seinem Identitatsaufbau voranschreiten. Von der Gegenuberstellung von Werten (sowie von Selbstwerten inbegriffen) und Projekten, unter anderem, ergibt sich das Identitatsgefuhl, das hier als provisorischer Stand und als evolutives Ergebnis von Identitatsstrategien betrachtet wird. Welche Richtungen der soziopadagogischen Valorisierung ergibt die strategische Beobachtung der Identitatsverhalten der aus der Einwanderung stammenden Jugend in Westeuropa ? Eine theoretische Entwicklung mundet am Ende dieses Artikels in konkrete Beispiele.

Social Development at the Local Level and Developing Public Services Defining a local policy of integration for ethnic minorities

This paper considers the evolution of the local politics of development services in relation to the goal to support a real integration of ethnic minorities with respect to their specific characteristics, needs and particular skills. The accent is placed on the importance of communication and integration of relevant institutions and on the necessity of overtaking purely economic or technocratic strategies, enhancing the process of negotiation between institutions and local communities. Some examples are given, particularly from Islamic areas in French-speaking countries. Information about a local project of integration of Turkish immigrants in Belgium is developed.
