An algorithm for synthesis of spiral bevel gear transmissions with a small shaft angle is presented. The algorithm of synthesis provides machine-tool settings with account of design limits for majority of gear generating machines. The proposed algorithm makes it possible to decrease the dimensions of machines that are used for gear and pinion tooth generation. The computer program of synthesis is developed that is based on described algorithm. Recommendations on selection of proper synthesis parameters are presented. An example of synthesis and analysis of a transmission is considered.

constructional rearrangement is a special case of «Rearrangement» phase in reorganization cycle. It is a set of measures, works and solutions implemented to improve operating characteristics of a construction facility. The main goal of CR objects is to bring them to the condition meeting the needs of users or requirements of regulatory documentation using the methods of architectural, planning and functional transformation.

The article describes a specialized building information model implemented in a Matlab environment. It is designed to evaluate the energy efficiency of a building. It is supporting water, heat and electricity as resources consumed during the usage phase of a building. The danger of global warming, natural resources depletion and world ecosystem collapse currently is constantly increasing. When this happens 45% of world’s energy consumption, 65% of electric power, 40% of raw materials, building industry uses 14% of potable water supply. At the same time this industry provides 35% of all carbon dioxide emissions and almost half of all solid wastes. Therefore sustainability and energy efficiency development for buildings and structures is one of the main problems of modern building industry.

In the paper the problem of the general information simulation of the building control intelligent systems from the point of view of abstract cybernetics is examined. There are represented some resonings about the state and the prospects for practice and scientific studies in the field of constructing Building Intelligence. There are examined the questions and the resonings, connected with the determination of the key concepts of the construction Building Intelligence: control of object (building), the stability of object (building), the homeostat of object (building).

Creating a comfortable indoor environment has been one of the mainconcerns when it comes to the design and operation of buildings. Buildings are a crucial part of our daily life, on average people spends 85 % of their time performing activities inside of buildings and therefore the quality of the indoor environment is a critical factor affecting the happiness and productivity of building users. The indoor environmental quality has a strong relationship on the thermal conditions of a space which is directly affected by the amount of heat lost or gained due to the properties of the materials used, the external environmental conditions and the inner sources of heat; In consequence, efforts have to be made to maintain proper thermal conditions by means of using natural and mechanical strategies to provide heating, cooling and ventilation. While the thermal comfort is an important aspect for the average user of a building, it becomes a critical aspect when it comes to population highly sensitive to thermal conditions.

The complexity of modern design objects, especially automatic control systems (ACS), the constant tightening of requirements for projects, the very high price of erroneous design decisions are inconsistent with the traditional tools of technology and design. A way out is to develop and implement a new set of tools - tools of the designer - computer-aided design.

Based on research performed by the author, a universal formal definition of the concept of Intelligent Buildings in terms of theoretical cybernetics, set theory, system analysis, functional analysis (measure theory, function theory) and mathematical logic is proposed for the first time. The definition includes the absolute and design levels of abstraction as well as the abstract definition of the Building Intelligence Quotient (BIQ) which can be extended to any aspect of the building sector such as applied theory, structural design practice and construction management practice. Relevant formal fundamentals of the proposed definitions are presented, and the prospects for the development of designated areas by means of technical regulation of these areas are discussed.

Reorganization processes is base of social development. In every field of knowledge necessary have and use adequate models proper process and so its components. Consider base model of cycle reorganization, intercommunications between its components and expediency use procedure «illumination» of cycle.
