Actual task of generation of individual learning path in learning management system using SCORM package is solved. Learning objects metadata enriching in SCORM package with new fields is proposed. It was shown that modern education must adapt to the individual students characteristics in knowledge control and generation of individual learning path. The generation of individual learning path using the navigation in learning contents with choice of learning objects sequence is proposed.

The problem of constructing a dynamic model of pollution of a typical element of urban infrastructure is considered. The model of pollution in the form of an ordinary differential equation is proposed, which is identified by means of difference expressions with subsequent refinement using gradient methods. Numeric experiments confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

The development of three modular Rabins encryption algorithm with using ordinary integer and modified perfect forms of the system of residual classes is presented in this paper. This method takes precedence over classic in choosing modules of the same order in sustainability by increasing the block of plaintext for encryption. New methods for implementation of major labor-intensive operations of modular arithmetic are proposed: finding the square root and inverse elements by module. It is established that on the basis of HDL-models that can successfully implement on the modern programmable logical integrated schemes or programmable logical matrixes, the runtime of three modular Rabins encryption algorithm with using a modified perfect form is reduced approximately half compared with conventional integer form.
