This study uses a quantitative measurement that is an observational using a sample of the population as an object of measurement by using a questionnaire instrument. The results measured by the number, the data can be any value, rank, and frequencies were analyzed by using statistics to answer the research question or hypothesis to predict that a particular variable affects another variable by using the software smartPLS. The results showed that a statistically significant effect of job embeddedness on work engagement and self efficacy, also self-efficacy (as mediator) have significant to the work engagement and the innovation behavior of pharmacists in hospitals. A pharmacist who has high job embeddedness will obviously have a high self-efficacy and influence on innovation behavior and the higher work engagement of the pharmacist in the hospital.

Data were analyzed using statistical analysis of Spearman Correlation testing in R-Studio application. n nResult: The result of this study shows that there is a potency of medication errors in prescribing phase indicated by the absence of doctorsx92 name 0.8%, patientsx92 age 35.2%, patientsx92 weight 4.4%, and patientsx92 address 8%. The result of Spearman Correlation testing shows that the Sig (two-tiled) P = 0.008 < 0.05 with rho = 0.001058 (positive). n nConclusion: There is a relationship between medication errors in prescribing phase and service quality on NHI patients of Pharmacy Unit in Public Hospital in Bandung City.

Pharmacists have a duty and position as health workers; they are the main perpetrators of the practice of pharmacy, but the chairman of the national social security council stated that the pharmacist is a health worker category but not the type of medical staff, so pharmacists do not participate directly in the program. n nAims and Objectives: The aim of this study is to measure perceptions, knowledge, and awareness of the pharmacist about the NHI Program and determine the influence of variables through model proposed. n nMaterials and Methods: A crosssectional questionnaire-based study was conducted on pharmacists who worked in various pharmacy scopes in Indonesia. The convenience sampling technique method was conducted by 202 respondents. Path analysis structural equation modeling is used in this study. n nResults: The results of this study determined that a pharmacists’awareness and knowledge of the NHI Program were categorized as good while on the other hand, their perceptions were not good. From the path modeling, we observe that there is no significance between knowledge and perception (t < 1.69); however, both P-value showed a good result (P < 0.05). n nConclusion: Good knowledge and perception increase awareness of pharmacist on the NHI. The NHI among Indonesian pharmacists is something that must be supported, even though they do not play an important role in the system.
