A child's right to human dignity: reforming anti-bullying laws in the United States

This article presents the findings of research into the bullying laws in the United States. Against the backdrop of international law, it addresses childrens rights to protection from bullying in US schools. It includes recommendations for improving anti-bullying legislation based on state anti-bullying legislation in the United States, and provides a framework for further efforts to improve laws and school policies to better protect children in schools.
