Elementary‐school guidance: Its present status

Through a brief survey of the literature, Mr. Riccio points up the present status of the elementary‐school guidance movement. He goes on to suggest some preliminary steps that ought to precede establishment of new programs for the preparation of elementary‐guidance workers. The author is assistant professor of education at The Ohio State University.
